Autoclaveable Batch Culture Systems

Culture Vessels Are Designed for Repeated Autoclaving. These Systems Accept both STLV and HARV Culture Vessels, Perfect for Anchorage Dependent Cell Culture.

Cost-Effective, Long-Term Laboratory Equipment. The batch Rotary Cell Culture System™ is a rugged bioreactor that accepts any Synthecon batch culture vessel from 10 ml to 500 ml. The reusable RCCS™ is a cost-effective, long-term laboratory device. These batch systems are supplied with variable speed motor drives equipped with tachometer and autoclavable vessels of your choice.


	RCCS-1 Consists of a single station Rotator Base, Power Supply, Operation Manual, and Reusable STLV or HARV Culture Vessel of your choice.*Accepts Reusable and Disposable Vessels.

	RCCS-4 Consists of a four station Rotator Base, Power Supply, Operation Manual, and four Reusable STLV or HARV Culture Vessel of your choice - you may select a variety of vessels with the system. All vessels do not have to be the same.*Accepts Reusable and Disposable Vessels.

	Stem Cell Systems The RCCS-SC systems for stem cell culture are all re-usable systems. They come as single vessel rotator systems (RCCS-1SC), dual vessel rotator systems with dependent rotation (RCCS-2SC), 4-vessel rotator systems with dependent rotation (4SC) or independent rotation (RCCS-4SCQ). In the independent rotation systems, the stations rotate at different speeds and allow the introduction of a greater number of variables into the experiment, thus allowing researchers to conduct different experiments simultaneously. These systems are ideal for stem cell culture because they are small-volume culture systems that allow the concentration of stem cells and stem cell growth factors in culture. These systems come with 1, 2 or 4 small volume vessels of choice. Vessels come in 1, 2, 4, and 10 ml sizes and they can be mixed. The systems also include rotator base, power supply, valves and tool. 	HARV Vessels Reusable Vessel. Oxygenation by a flat silicone rubber gas transfer membrane. Used to culture both suspension and anchorage dependent cells.*Available in 50 ml and 10 ml sizes.

	STLV Vessels Reusable Vessel. Oxygenated by a central core silicone rubber gas transfer membrane. The STLV is intended for microcarrier cell culture and explant tissue cultures.*Available in 55, 110, 250, or 500 ml sizes.
