Providing Quality 3D Cell Culture Systems for
Tissue Engineering and Stem Cell Culture Applications

Autoclavable Vessel Culture Systems

Our autoclavable vessel culture systems use culture vessels designed for repeated autoclaving, and ideal for long-term use.  This system accepts ANY of the Synthecon culture vessels.  These batch systems are supplied with variable speed motor drives equipped with tachometer and autoclavable vessels of your choice.

Advantages of autoclavable vessel culture systems:
  • Perfect for Anchorage Dependent Cell Culture
  • Compatible with a wide range of culture vessel sizes (from 10 mL to 500 mL)
  • Cost-Effective, Long-Term Laboratory Equipment

RCCS-1

The RCCS-1 bioreactor rotates one vessel at a constant speed with an adjustable rotation speed.

Includes:

♦ a single station rotator base

♦ power supply

♦ operation manual

♦ an autoclavable STLV or HARV type culture vessel of your choice

*This system is compatible with both our autoclavable and disposable vessels.

RCCS-4H

The RCCS-1 bioreactor rotates up to four vessels at a constant speed;

the rotation speed is adjustable.

Includes:
♦ a four station rotator base
♦ power supply
♦ operation manual

♦ four autoclavable STLV or HARV type culture vessels of your choice

*This system is compatible with both autoclavable and disposable vessels.

Autoclavable Vessels

Autoclavable High Aspect Ratio Vessels (HARVs)

The autoclavable HARVs provide oxygenation via a flat, silicone rubber gas transfer membrane. HARVs can be used to culture both suspension and anchorage dependent cells.

Available vessel volumes:

1 mL  •  2 mL  •  4 mL  •  10 mL  •  50 mL

Autoclavable Slow Turning Lateral Vessels (STLVs)

The autoclavable STLVs provide oxygenation for the culture media through a central core silicone rubber gas transfer membrane (located along the center axis of the vessel).  The STLV is ideal for cell cultures that utilize microcarriers or scaffolds, and for explant tissue cultures.

Avaliable vessel volumes:

55 mL  •  110 mL  •  250 mL  •  500 mL
